Quantum Interactive Solutions uses the principles of business process. This allows us to organize the work in the most effective and logical way, to present every process stage in an understandable form to our clients.
Each stage described below allows Quantum Interactive Solutions to achieve a very high level of performance, development and achievement.
Our project development is based on the principles of the Rational Unified Process (RUP). RUP is an industry software development quality standard. The fact that all the phases of project development adhere to the principles of RUP, guarantees our software will be implemented without error in the best possible way.
Development Phases
Phase 1: Business Modeling
Based on the initial requirements provided by the customer, a general view of the project is formed. This includes creating a business model, classifying the tasks into development categories, studying available solutions and developing a strategy.
Phase 2: Project Planning
At this stage a more detailed and thorough analysis of the business model is performed. This allows us to identify any possible risks associated with the Business Model in order to create a detailed plan. Basic application diagrams and flow charts are also developed during this phase.
Phase 3: Requirements
Application requirements are formalized and a Requirements Document created. The Requirements Document is an essential communications tool to ensure that we fully understand the application from all levels of operation. This document is also used as a technical guideline for the project team members.
Phase 4: Analysis & Design
During this phase, the system architecture and its components are verified and confirmed. Program modules, Creative Composites (if required) and database structures (if required) are created.
Phase 5: Implementation
System components are built and integrated to produce a functioning application. The creative layer (if required) is applied to the various modules and verified.
Phase 6: Testing
Components are tested individually and as a whole using rigid testing techniques. The application is put through real-world tests and scenarios to ensure an error free application.
Phase 7: Deployment
System deployment is planned, technical aspects of deployment are studied and verified (hardware, web hosting, etc.). At this stage of the business process the customer receives a fully functional project version. In situations where revisions are necessary, the given version proceeds through additional iterations of the project development process.
